A month or so ago while we were enjoying a day at Eleko beach with our hut-mates, Houses 42, 40, 53, and 58, I thought it would be cool to have Thanksgiving dinner there this year and I suggested it. The kids could play, it would be totally informal.
The plans came together and we owe a big thanks to the "madam" at house 42 who really did all the hard work. She cooked the turkey, she had the lanterns built, she made the champagne/cranberry cocktails (the cranberries were French imports) she laid everything out.
And us? We showed up and had a great time.
